When I read somewhere years ago that the human body is designed to last 150 years, I decided that would be my goal – to live to 150. Granted, life at 150 probably wouldn’t be that great (who would still be around, and how “healthy” would you really be at that point?), but I figure the more I commit myself to keeping active and eating well now, the better shape I’ll be in once I do start to get up there.
