I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to my new hero, Ernestine Shepherd. She’s 73 years old. She runs 10 miles every day. She’s a personal trainer. She’s in the Guinness Book of World Records as the Oldest Bodybuilder.
And she didn’t start working out until she was 56. So don’t ever say you are “too old,” or “too fat,” or “too fill-in-the-blank.” Because she’s proof you can accomplish anything if you aren’t afraid to get a little sweaty and a little sore.
