Do you  have trule finding running shoes that fit snugly on your ankles? Check out this video for a quick little shoelace trick that can help keep your shoes a little more secure and comfortable. Try it out – it could help you to more comfortable runs – and maybe even fewer injuries.

  1. That is a great little trick. I am definitely going to try it on my next run. One of my biggest issues is keeping the heel in place in the shoe especially when I am running up hill. It constantly wants to slip out of the shoe and then causes blisters.

    • It definitely helps at least a little – and when you have heels that are narrow to the point that finding shoes that won’t slip becomes a challenge (which always has been my biggest obstacle in buying shoes – until I discovered Mizunos), you’ll try every little trick you can find to tighten up. It’s not a perfect fix, but it does make a difference!
