    • Seriously – but I found that once I got into a good routine and started to feel like my workouts were as much a part of my day as eating, sleeping and breathing, the excuses started to become very few and far between 🙂

  1. Very true! If you’re overweight, 95% of the time you’re just making excuses for yourself. If you take 30 minutes away from “snack time” and walk and do some push-ups instead, you’ll most likely lose weight.

    • Definitely! “I don’t have time” and “I don’t know how” are up there with “I can’t” on my list. If you want something bad enough, you will do what it takes to get it. And it helps to surround yourself with people who are willing to help you!
