  1. The Bowflex PR1000 is a fantastic investment for your health at a great price from

I’m interested to know if people used the Nautilus TreadClimber much? It looks like a great machine for walking, but that’s about it. For those of us that like to do a little jogging it doesn’t seem practical.

  2. 2 years ago I decided to invest in the Bowflex 1090 Select Tech dumbbells due to not having weights in the apartment complex I lived in and not belonging to a gym. I also purchased a Gold’s Gym adjustable bench at Sports Authority (pretty nice, it folds up and fits under a bed) At that time, the only gym around was about $35 a month and for me that was a bit steep for a single guy like myself. Today, I pay $10 a month for a gym membership which is awesome.
To this day, I still own the 1090’s and I love them. Some days, I just don’t feel like making it to the gym (mostly on crazy day’s like Monday/Tuesday) and still have a weight set conveniently in my apartment. I will never have to purchase individual dumb bells and definitely feel they have been worth the purchase!

    • I just don’t understand the concept … why not just get a regular treadmill and walk on an incline? I don’t even want to think about how one would go about attempting to run on this thing without breaking a body part.
