    • Well, unfortunately, once I hit my 30s, the luxury of sleeping past 8 a.m. (today I made it all the way to 6:45) is something my body just refuses. Enjoy the nap 😉

      • I was up at 3 am, thank goodness for daylight savings time… I did have a nice half-hour nap though. DST kills me every year. I have a tough time sleeping passed 3:30 all winter long. Longest I can sleep is six hours as it is – been that way for almost 15 years.

      • Yikes, 3 a.m.! At least you got your nap. I haven’t been able to nap (unless I’m sick) since college. But I need a good 7-8 hours a night, so maybe I just don’t need it now that I’m a grownup going to bed at a decent hour…
        I was watching the Today Show on the treadmill this morning, and they were saying it’s medically proven that DST screws with most people – something about getting your cercadian rhythms all out of whack – and apparently it takes WEEKS for your body to figure out what’s going on.
