I came across this graphic from Proform on the benefits of the elliptical trainer, and wanted to share it, because the elliptical can be a great addition to any fitness routine. With virtually no impact and an easy, natural movement, the elliptical can give you a great workout without beating up your body as much as running or other high-impact activities.

  2. I love the elliptical. I would start my workouts with 30 minutes on the it and the great thing about it is that it did not put that much strain on my joints like running. šŸ˜¦ This reminds me that I need to get back into the gym and stop slacking off
