    • Absolutely! I totally agree – all those little muscles look pretty all toned! So many people just assume that it will make you “big” – you have to really work (and eat a TON) to get huge!

    • It’s really what your body can handle-I do three (max four if I can find the time) weight workouts a week. You have to give yourself some recovery time. I think the basic rule is don’t work any one body part (primarily) more than twice a week.
