  1. Thanks the for the share, oftentimes people do not realize that there is a level of pain associated with progress. Lately I have felt the need to share this with people when they want to sign up with me or in the beginning of their sessions. This particular issue I feel is a big reason why people don not get much out of training.

    • Absolutely – I’ll take a little pain if it means progress any day! It seems like so many people would rather complain about what they “can’t” do instead of just trying … which is probably why they don’t see the results they want to see. You’re right to point it out – your clients need to understand that just showing up isn’t going to bring success, they have to do the work, too!
