INDOOR CYCLING (SPINNING®)
Indoor cycling classes are designed to resemble an actual outdoor bicycle ride. Simulating a variety of terrain, including hill climbs, sprints, and interval training, indoor cycling is a full-body workout, guaranteed to make you sweat!
Come ride with me at XSport Fitness Alexandria (King St.) every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6 p.m., or at Sport&Health (Skyline) every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.

Pilates encourages strength and flexibility throughout the body, primarily concentrated on the core muscles: abdominals, back, hips, and legs. Originally designed as rehabilitation exercises, Pilates is appropriate for men and women of all ages, levels and abilities, from novice exercisers to professional athletes. Pilates is based on the principles of coordinated breathing, concentration, control, centering, and flow.

Piloxing is a unique, interval-based hybrid of boxing, Pilates, and dance.
