And always check back for my Spinning playlists – they should be posted within 24 hours (often within minutes) of my scheduled and “bonus” classes! Remember – I’d love your suggestions, too!
I’m definitely stealing a few of these. I need some new music! Some days it makes all the difference, I swear.
Go for it! Good music is always what keeps me going. I actually have to add a few more new ones, but haven’t quite gotten there yet.
wish I could take your spin class with that line up!
Thank you! The music definitely makes the class, and I figure if you’re going to be working hard, you might as well have fun doing it 🙂
Fo Sho!
Great selection you have here as well!
This is a great playlist. Definitely energetic. I must get the ones I don’t have yet on my own playlist asap!
Thanks! I need good music to keep me going!
Great list, I have many of the same ones on mine. Anything by Train or Maroon 5 is a winner! Makes me run much longer if a great song comes on 🙂 Love your blog too!
Absolutely agree! There are definitely certain songs that have been strategically placed a little later in the list to keep me going when I know I’m going to be pushing to finish up 🙂 And thank so much!
Great play list. Just reading the names of the songs makes my feet start tapping. 😉 Life is good. DK
Love how you have so much music! Most magazines and websites show only 5-6 songs under the word “playlists”… so annoying! Like they want us to workout for 20 minutes only
I’m constantly adding to my playlist. I tend to strategically place certain songs at times I know I’ll be starting to get bored (they keep me going and give me something to look forward to). Check back every Thursday night for the playlist from that night’s Spinning class (they’re about an hour long, too)! Thanks for stopping by!
Awesome selection!
I’m heavily into David Guetta and Ministry of Sound for workouts. I need about 90bpm.
