That’s sort of where the inspiration for this one came from … as the day went on, I every time I got up from my desk I was reminded more and more of exactly how many squats and lunges I did last night … I’ll take it!!
That was totally me this week! I woke up feeling fine yesterday, and as the day wore on, the soreness (in weird places throughout my thighs and butt) just started getting more pronounced every time I stood up.
Can you put a squat demo on your blog? I’m so confused. I’ve heard don’t squat deep, do squat deep, keep back straight, bend slightly. Not sure who to execute safely.

Anytime I do a leg workout, I never think I’m getting a workout until the next morning when I can’t walk!
