I sent this to my gf, she’d never heard of interval training. Cracked me up as she was explaining this app that does this “thing” where it has you sprint for 10 seconds then jog, then sprint then… 😉 I was like intervals?? I adore intervals. Though I do love my endurance runs too, gotta keep shaking it up.
I actually did a work out recently that did an interval of jumping jacks between weights sets. It kills but its AWESOME!

That is hilarious! Intervals definitely are great – keeps things interesting and likely saves a lot of time in the long run!
